Today's #transformationtuesday is dedicated to the transformation of form during training. Form plays a HUGE part in safe training and ultimately the escalation of you results because let's face it, avoiding injury means you can keep training!

#squats - everybody does them but does everybody do them correctly? This exercise, especially when you add jump or lots of weight, can be very detrimental to you knees if you're doing them wrong.

Main points to remember:
- weight back (knees should not take pass your toes!)
- back straight
- chest upright
- knees as far apart as feet
If you're unsure about an exercise or think you might be executing something incorrectly, ask! Don't wait for someone to notice, put yourself first and check in with someone you trust and who knows their stuff.
